A HUGE congratulations to our Eagles for the advancing to our first Sectional Final since 2001 and for an 8-4 record, also our best since 2001. Our boys and coaching staff should be proud of all that they accomplished this year and we wish our seniors well! 🦅🏈

Fremont Football will host FW Blackhawk in the first round of Sectional 43. A win for the Eagles would have Fremont host Triton or travel to Southern Wells in the second round.

April 23, 2022: Senior SP Gabel Pentecost throws a complete game for Fremont as the Eagles win in walk-off fashion over the rival Angola Hornets in the NECC Tournament, 6-5.

The game was quite the family affair. Calling the game was Jonah Pentecost. The public address announcer was Eric Pentecost. The cameraman was Micah Pentecost. Taking photos around Probst Park for the Eagles team was Laura Pentecost.

The Angola Hornets travel to Fremont for an NECC matchup.

Congratulations to Chris Tilbury on his newest award from the Indiana PGA section, the Roger Lundy Youth Player Development Award.

Chris’s passion for teaching young golfer hasn’t gone unnoticed among his peers. He’s involved in PGA JR. League, First Tee of Indiana, PGA Family Golf, Tilbury Golf Academy Jr. Development, teaching two golf classes at Trine University, and of course coaching Fremont High School Ladies Golf team! Congratulations to Chris and thank you for all you do to make our future golfers great!

Fremont’s Addy Parr finishes her high school basketball career with 1,058 points, which ranks her 4th on the program scoring list and 31st in Steuben County scoring.

By the way, the talented sophomore point guard Grace Scharlach became the first Lady Eagle since her head coach Shae Thomas (senior year, 2015-16, 466 points) to score 400 or more points in a single season with 403. I believe that might be a program record for the most points scored by a sophomore, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
