Kung Fu, Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut This page is dedicated to the Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu Academy at Fremont, CA.

Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu was created by the Great Grand Master CHAN HEUNG in 1836, and was named out of respect for his two masters, CHOY Fook, LAY Yau San, and finally, FUT (meaning Buddha), as a token of respect to the monks and the Shaolin Temple. This Academy thrives under the tutelage of Sifu Vince Lacey, grand master and black panther of the Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut, and Sifu Shane Lacey, who is a four star international grand champion.
