Hello everyone,

Just a couple of quick updates as we prepare for the upcoming season! Today will be our last day until fall classes start. We will post our official store hours for the upcoming season as soon as we look over the schedules.

Tab Balances — Competitive team

• Final payments: We kindly ask that all outstanding tabs be paid in full before the start of next season. After tomorrow, we will send out your total balance. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us directly on Messenger.

• Payment methods: You can clear your balance in-store, over the phone, or through our payment apps.

•Starting next season, we will send balances after Saturday's classes to be paid. Managing them has become too difficult, and unfortunately, several balances went unpaid. If you prefer convenience, you can prepay a credit or simply pay via app on the day of purchase.

•If you do not want your dancer to participate, set a limit or not consume certain things, please let us know.

Upcoming Shoe Season

• Designated dates: Shoe season is just around the corner. We will announce specific, designated days for shoe sizing and purchase. (TBD).

• Payment: Full payment will be required on your sizing day in order to be sized and place your shoe order.

•Private appointments: We can set up individual appointments for sizing and ordering if needed, but availability will be limited. Choosing this option may also result in longer shipping times and/or costs, so we highly encourage everyone to attend one of the designated sizing days if possible.

We are excited for next season and truly appreciate everyone's support.

Good afternoon just a quick update. Last week we got pretty busy and I felt like we missed some customers that were on camera. Please feel free to check the back room and the shoe room if you don't see anybody. Right now our schedule only allows one of us to be there, Trinity will be in 5:45-7:45 Mondays to size shoes and possibly some drop ins on Tuesday if needed.
We will be out of town the 20th-28th.

Thanks for your support and understanding.
Also for any competitive families with a tab please remind your dancers to write down any items they want to buy if I'm busy, I know they also get busy and I think they expect me to remember. Inventory has been off, I'm not concerned because I know it's honest mistakes but we both just need to do better with communication. Hopefully we can figure out something more convenient for fall.
Parents if you could check in with your child/ren or the store to see what your child’s tabs are up to as well. Thanks!

Don’t forget we have full classes at the studio tonight, Monday May 11th. The studio office is open tonight and then will be at the ticket booth starting tomorrow. You cannot purchase tickets in person until tomorrow night at the ticket booth.

Rehearsals begin tomorrow night, Tuesday May 12th. Here is the schedule again. It has been sent via email tons of times and is also in your spring handout. Please arrive a half an hour early with hair and makeup done in your first costume.

It's the last Saturday of the season! We've enjoyed spending these last 9 months or so with you more than you know and appreciate all the love and support. It was nice to spend a few minutes with the dancers today and chat. We are looking forward to seeing you all after the break and well wishes to the ones moving on. It's been a pleasure to witness your work ethic and watch you compete and perform.

Enjoy the summer. Before we know it, we will be sizing for shoes and getting ready for fall classes. We are hoping to bring a few new ideas to the store next season to keep the kids fueled and something in the works to make the breaks more comfortable on those long days.

And a special thank you to the parents and kids who jump in to help on busy days, on the days when life only allows one of us to be at the store. We appreciate you and it doesn't go unnoticed.
