Legendary Big Paulie from Merrick was fishing on the Nancy Ann out of Orient. All aboard limited out on 31” Stripers. And 15 Porgies each. They used clams for the Porgies and bucktails for the Stripers. Moving tides.They found no sand sharks and no Sea Bass. Other boats from Montauk and Connecticut were also fishing there.


Tito Guevara landed an awesome 31” Striper at Green Island in Wantaugh on an Sp Minnow. It was night time 3 days after the Full Moon top of the tide. His technique was slow rolling the lure back. back. He spotted pods of minnows near shore jumping out of the water and the Bass were chasing them.
