These aren't abstract fitness goals. They're what active living actually looks like after 50—and they're exactly what I'm designing this new class to support.
I'm Dylan, and after 20+ years as a dancer and movement teacher—and now in my 50s myself—I know that building lasting physical capacity isn't about pushing harder. It's about training smarter, with respect for how your body actually works.
Vital Strength & Mobility is an 8-week series where we'll develop functional strength, balance, mobility, and energy together. Bodyweight exercises, hand weights, resistance bands, floor work—progressing week by week in a small group (6-12 people) where I can actually see how you're doing and adapt to what you need.
If you've taken Gyrotonic sessions here with me or Kyung-sun, this is a perfect complement. If you're new to us, it's a great way to experience what makes our studio different: real connection, personal attention, and an approach that honors your body's intelligence.
