Our Unified Basketball team showed the true meaning of teamwork, sportsmanship, determination, and heart all season long — and tonight they are COUNTY CHAMPIONS! 🎉

So proud of every athlete, partner, coach, and supporter who made this journey unforgettable. This team proved that when everyone plays together, everyone wins.
