The Freeport FD would like to congratulate Freeports own, D’Brickashaw Ferguson on his induction this weekend into the NFL’s New York Jets Ring of Honor.
“Brick” grew up in Freeport and graduated from Freeport High School as a Red Devil alumni before his stellar career as an offensive lineman in college and then continuing his career in the NFL making all 160 starts over those years, only missing 1 snap.
Congratulations on a well deserved honor.

Join us as we gather once again with the community to remember those taken way too soon on September 11th, 2001. This years neighborhood ceremony will take place as it always does in the South Bayview Ave traffic circle beginning at 7pm.
All Department members are asked to assemble at the quarters of Bayview Hose Co 3 at 1830 hours in class A uniform, blue hats for officers.
