Freeport PAL BC continues competition on 7/19. This will be a Freeport sanctioned event at Local 25 in Happauge.

Our grind continues Monday. The gym is buzzing. We feel the spirit. All Day Everyday.

My prayers today at 11:30 Mass are for all my FB Gang. Maybe you will consider joining us.

OHR is filling up and it’s inspiring. Christ is everywhere. Come home and check out the “Rebuild my Church” project. It is absolutely beautiful.

Freeport wins 2 Gold & secured a Silver tonight at the USA Boxing Junior Olympic Finals at John’s Gym in the Bronx.

Anania 143lb Youth Novice finishes the night with a 3rd round stoppage scoring 4 eight counts. Dominated!

Back to the lab tomorrow AM. Then more competition tomorrow evening.

Youth will compete Friday night at John’s Gym in the Bronx for the USA Boxing Metro Junior Olympic Finals.

164b Senior elite Miguel conducts the very important Friday night Plyo/Circuit course with Coach Pac being out for this month. These kids are committed.

Coach Joey Jr & Sal are in Brooklyn at Gleasons for the opening night for the USA Boxing Metro Junior Olympics.

143b Youth Samuel will have his first bout.

132b Youth Joel will get the walkover as his opponent withdrew.
