Your glutes are the largest and most powerful muscle group in the body—and their strength plays a major role in supporting posture, protecting your lower back, enhancing athletic performance, and promoting long-term joint health.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to properly engage your glutes through intentional, controlled Pilates movements that target all three glute muscles. Expect a combination of activation drills, strength-building sequences, and functional movement patterns that help correct imbalances and wake up underused muscles.

Whether your goal is to build strength, prevent injury, improve mobility, or simply feel more connected to your body, this class will leave you stronger, more stable, and more empowered. Strong glutes aren’t just about aesthetics—they’re a key foundation for health, resilience, and longevity.

We love watching your strength grow, and we love even more the way you speak to what Pilates can really become in someone’s life: not just a workout, but a practice that changes how you move through the world.

🦶🏽Pilates Foot Health Workshop

“It all starts with the feet.” In the Pilates method, every session begins with footwork because our feet are the foundation of everything we do. When the feet are restricted or weak, it affects the alignment of the entire body—from the knees and hips to the spine.

Join us for this 90-minute intensive dedicated specifically to foot health, mobility, and strength. Using Joseph Pilates’ original invention, the Toe Corrector, along with towels and small therapy balls, we will explore how to restore the natural function of the foot.

What the Workshop Covers:

• The Pilates Foundation: Understanding why “footwork” is the essential start to any movement practice.

• Mobility & Strength: Targeted exercises to improve toe splay, arch lift, and ankle stability.

• Guided Instruction: Learning to use specialized props to address modern foot issues.

Your Take-Home Kit

To support your progress, each participant will receive a Pilates Toe Corrector and a Small Therapy Ball to keep. You will leave the workshop with a clear set of daily exercises to maintain foot health and structural integrity at home
