95 degrees outside so we decided to go swimming… just horizontally on the Reformer instead of in a pool. 😅☀️
Nothing says “summer” like pretending to swim indoors while your core is absolutely on fire with a nice Backstroke variation🔥

Bonus: no sunscreen required, no bugs, and nobody accidentally swallowed pool water. 😂

Strong legs, steady core, and a little courage in our Advanced Small Group Class this morning… the Pilates Chair never disappoints.
Standing on top while pressing the pedal down might look simple, but it’s a serious full-body challenge and relies more on the standing leg than the pushing one adding the mind to work just as hard. Your core fires, your glutes and legs power the movement, and your balance gets a workout too. This is where strength meets control — the 💜 of Pilates.
