As Greg Everett has said for years, you have to get great at the basics before you get good at the fun stuff. While we are all modifying our lives and workouts and training, let's stop and make sure to work on the fundamentals. Get the movements right - even if it is with a broomstick or an empty barbell. Grease those movement patterns, hit the hips, hit the overhead position, send the hips back, know where your feet are. Don't worry about the load for now.... it will come back.
