USA Wrestling's National Duals begin this week!

The series kicks off with the 14U team in Florida, and 16U teams in Utah . The 14U Freestyle and Greco-Roman squad heads to Wesley Chapel June 9–12, while the 16U Greco-Roman and Freestyle teams compete in Farmington June 10–13.

Next week, women's freestyle will be in Indiana, and the Junior men will be in Milwaukee! The 14U, 16U, and Junior Women's Freestyle teams all compete in Westfield June 17–18, joined by the Junior Greco-Roman team in Milwaukee those same days. Junior Freestyle wraps up the series June 19–20 in Milwaukee.

We’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, but for a great reason: we’ve been living out the exact balance & identity mindsets we teach our athletes.

The truth is, you can only grind at 100% if you allow yourself the grace to renew at 100%. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been stepping away from the mat to focus on life outside of wrestling. From coaching other sports to watching our own kids hit major life milestones to managing our health, we’ve been intentional about recharging our batteries.

Taking a step back to breathe isn't stopping—it’s how we ensure that when we show up, we show up as our absolute best.

We’re locking back in and ready to bring you some incredible info over the coming months. Get ready for fresh content covering everything from nutrition and elite performance to mindset shifts and reflections from State Champions.

What a weekend in Vegas!

We sent a massive contingent of 198 wrestlers out to Vegas and the results speak for themselves. Wisconsin walked away with 50 All-Americans! That means roughly one out of every four Wisconsin wrestlers who stepped on those mats is coming home with some serious hardware.
