It is with a sad heart that I suspend the Yoga Den’s weekly Wednesday night class at the Freeburg Fire House until further notice. Hopefully, this action will contribute in some way to the happiness and freedom for all. If your child is eager to do some yoga, check out Cosmic Kids, Yoga for Kids or Kids Yoga with Bari Koral on YouTube. Stay safe and healthy!
