Week 2️⃣ Sunshine of the Week ☀️
The more sunshine the better… #22 Ella Forrest and #9 Shaliyah Helmick!
While Ella demonstrated all of our values this week, what additionally came up in every single response was the word “leader.” Ella leads herself first, which challenges others around her to elevate their individual standards. She’s a great listener, always gives good feedback, and is very intentional with the way she approaches everything in her life... all while having a smile on her face and hyping others up.
Shay emulates all of our values, but the two that came up most were joy and unity. The intention Shay brings to practice challenges everyone else to come together and believe in what we can do, all while doing her silly dances to put a smile on everyone’s face. She’s a positive light both in and out of lacrosse.
