I’m excited to be participating again this April in the annual Race Toward Autism Acceptance with Cooking Autism, Inc., hosted by Bishop’s Events. This event means a lot to me because it supports programs that help individuals with autism build real-life skills, confidence, and independence. It’s more than just a race, and I’m grateful to be part of it again💙🧩

This isn’t my usual fitness post.
This is a different kind of journey — more personal than even my love for fitness could ever hold.
Yet, it’s still a health journey, and it’s a testament to the power of God and His amazing work in transformation and healing!

📸 The first picture that popped up on my phone from last year was taken just before your birthday while we were still in the hospital.

Kayla was on a ventilator with pneumonia. The infection had reduced her heart function to just 20% and was affecting many of her organs

We were praying for your life as you fought on a ventilator with many complications, this time last last year(2024)…
Today, we celebrate you—strong, healthy, and full of joy(2025)

This journey has been a testament to God’s grace and the power of prayer.
We are beyond grateful for every moment, every milestone, and every blessing.
