Another successful Swim-a-thon today!
We had to move the event from Saturday to Monday, so a few swimmers still plan to make up their swim. So, if you're still interested in doing as many laps as you can to raise money for the pool and swim team, you still have time to sign up! You now have a unique chance to try and out-swim the Chancellor Blue Dolphins coaches! Sign up and swim Thursday morning!
The sign-up and donation page will be open until Thursday evening. The Matlocks are currently at the top of our donations. Can you beat them?!
As of this post, our swimmers have raised $2468! Way to go, swimmers!

Swim-a-thon is postponed until Monday at 10:30am. There is still time to sign up and raise more money for the pool and swim team!

Currently the pool will remain closed until further notice.

Due to elevated Air Quality Index (AQI) levels across the DMV region, American Pool is suspending outdoor operations at our pool facility for today, July 17, 2026 and the pool will be closed to prioritize the health and safety of all pool patrons and staff.

We will continue to closely monitor air quality conditions throughout the day and anticipate resuming operations tomorrow or as soon as conditions improve enough to support safe facility operation. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

The pool will close at 4:00 PM today (7/13) in order for our Chancellor Blue Dolphins to host their last home swim meet.
