Upside-down Melissa still exists 🙃 And while I will not be flooding your feed with these like in years past, I do post this with purpose.
I am getting tons of requests lately about doing another inversion workshop. As I figure out dates, tell me some things you'd like to focus on.
I always have a heavy focus on foundational strength, but what else? Any particular arm balance? Transition? Handstand techniques?
