A new Barbell Fundamentals class starts tonight! There is no better way to get a complete introduction to the Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk and to increase the effectiveness of your practice!

However, with Worlds, the American Open and other projects I have coming up (not to mention coaching), I've been delinquent in getting the word out about this class that I'm really very proud of.

So I'm offering something very special and allowing folks to come to try out the first class tonight for FREE with no obligation to the rest of the course!

There are limited spots however (less than 10), so I'll be offering them on a first come, first served basis. Once the spots are filled, if you show up and haven't reserved one I will be sending you home to reschedule!

There's a time to think and focus on quality, and there's a time to just push. Alison may have more work to do on her technique, but the improvements she's made already have her putting up more weight than ever before - it's why tracking (and CELEBRATING) both competition legal PRs AND just straight up weight overhead can both be important and motivating for athletes progressing toward greater strength AND efficiency. Congrats Alison, looking forward to more!
