We are sold out of canoes both Saturday and Sunday so kayaks will go fast. We highly encourage you to make a reservation before you come in to lock in your rentals. We hate to see people disappointed when they show up and we don't have boats available for them. It's going to be a beautiful weekend on the Blue River!

Saturday is looking like a sell out day for both single and tandem kayaks. If you are wanting one, you need to be reserving online while we still have availability. We are down to 4 tandems at the time of this posting.

Sunday has plenty of availability for canoes and kayaks.

Water level is so nice. We will be running both trips this weekend.

Saturday July 11, 2026: Closed due to rising water. We expect to be at an unsafe level by noon today. I think tomorrow will be great water. Sorry for the late notice but we've been monitoring the situation closely and just decided we don't feel comfortable taking the risk. Have a great Saturday, see you on the river tomorrow!

Happy 4th of July! Today could not be any more perfect for a float down the Blue River. Weather forecast shows no rain and a little cooler than it has been. Awesome water level so we'll be running the 12 mile trip only. Looking at about 4.5-5 hours for the full day trip. Plenty of availability for canoes and kayaks. Come get a float in before the cookouts and fireworks start!

Are you ready? It's going to be hotter than a firecracker this weekend but the Blue River is nice and cool. Plenty of availability and the water level might be the best we've ever had for 4th of July weekend.

Tuesday June 30: closed again today. Water looks good but the county highway dept hasn't brought any rock out to fix the road so we are not operational. Matt's going to do what he can with the help of a neighbor on the road and hopefully we can open back up tomorrow. Video of Ranger just for smile of it. 😆
