I spent a portion of my day on Wednesday with Amanda Holloway and the amazing professionals from Media, a company that knows how to get your message out. I sat down with Amanda, we discussed what we needed to say, and in a few minutes, we had a script for an on-air radio spot. Then I sat down with one of the amazing On-Air personalities, Brady deangelo, and we had a spot recorded in a matter of minutes.

Their knowledge and process is superb; it is comfortable, efficient, and personable. I am excited about the final product. They do so much more than radio. What an amazing day today. I met with the amazing team at Media USA in their Fredericksburg, VA Studios. My friend Amanda Holloway worked with me to put a script together, and then I recorded it with Brady from @96.9 The Rock. While I was there, I ran into a couple of other friends, Julie Jennings from the Guidebook, and Taylor Gehring. Really great to work alongside such wonderful people. Watch for the commercial over the coming days, and if you are looking for a new job, check out the at the by Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District on Monday, 30 June from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is working with the returning citizens as a volunteer with Failsafe-ERA at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

🎓 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 🎓

Every 5 weeks, we have the privilege of celebrating a new group of graduates from the Courage to Change Interactive Journaling Program at Rappahannock Regional Jail. 🌟

This program is helping participants learn essential skills like managing emotions and resolving conflicts, setting them up for brighter futures. Hearing their stories and witnessing their progress fills us with hope and joy. ❤️

Our most recent graduates just completed the "Self-Control" sessions, and they’ve given us permission to share their milestone moment with you.
