February flew by in the most unexpected way.

If you’ve noticed it’s been a little quiet here since Valentine’s Day… it’s because I’ve been deep in the creation process.

Sometimes growth isn’t loud. Sometimes it looks like refining programs, reimagining how I support my clients, studying, listening, and building something that hasn’t fully taken shape yet — but you can feel it forming.

Warm Heart Integrated Movement has always been about more than workouts. It’s about strength, balance, mobility, resilience, and creating a safe space to move through life with more ease.

I’m currently developing new offerings — including an expanded vision for Love Yourself Fit — that reflect this work even more deeply. They’re not quite ready to publish, but they’re coming.
