Wednesday mornings are tough- but now they don’t have to be as hard!

Starting this September, join me on Zoom on Wednesday mornings for this 30 minute low-impact workout. Think 1/2 Pilates, 1/2 stretch class, all with calm music and devotion to help prepare our hearts & minds for the day (with a mug of coffee on the table next to us, lol).

This month, our prayer topic is “Being mindful of the words we speak.” Last week, we spent the first few minutes of classes discussing how the things that are in our hearts are what eventually comes out of our mouths. So, assess your heart- what are you feeding it? What/who are you listening to throughout the day? What are you meditating on? The things you fill your heart with become the words you speak- let’s speak God’s Word & His truth, let’s speak with His love and compassion, that it may benefit all who hear what we have to say.
