Many times we get carried away with the idea of making it/things perfect.

I did that a lot, and the result was being stuck rather than making progress, sweating the small stuff when I should have been busy taking action.

Striving to make progress rather than having things perfect. Perfection is only a word and doesn't exist.
Things will always get better as you grow and you would have touched many or made much impact or had some results.

What are you wasting time trying to make perfect when you should be creating results and crushing your goals?

Hello there, Yes you. 😘😘

It's December, that time of the year and everybody's excited about the Christmas season, the holidays and planning to have a great time with family and friends.

When all of that is over, it will be the beginning of another year.

Yes the year 2022 is in 31 days.
🤔🤔What are your plans for the new year?
A lot of times, we get carried away with all that has happened during the year while we celebrate.
🤔🤔Some people also make plans for the new year.
New Year resolutions, new decisions, new plans and all of that, But one sad thing is that most times, people do not stick with these decisions.
🤔🤔They end up loosing sight of the initial goals, get overwhelmed, and give up on those intentions.
🤔🤔Their resolutions become illusions, and I used to be one of those but today,

💗 I've learned how to create my intentions and goals,
💗 I've learned to work to make those goals my everyday reality,
💗 I've also learned how to build my daily schedules in a way that daily moves me closer to my goals.
💗 This has also set me on course to take those big leaps I used to dread,
💗 Every day a habit or an activity of the day brings me closer to my goals, I experience a sense of joy and fulfillment that
💗 motivates me for more action.
💗 I now make better decisions that are empowering, gives me choice, gives me back my power and makes me feel like "I GOT THIS 🕺🕺🤸‍♀️🤸🕺💪💪💪".

As you prepare for the holidays and the new year

✔Do you want to overcome procrastination and gain mastery over taking action? ✅

Happy Thanksgiving.
One mistake people make is to loose sight of the little things going well for us.

We get overwhelmed, beat down by the stress of daily living, work, family, business, etc forgetting that life has so much in store for us.

The downside of this is.....
The overwhelm keeps growing and never resolves itself unless we do something about it,
The stress takes its toll on our health, finances, eating habits till we do something about it,
It also makes us loose touch with our true selves, nature, calling, assignments, intuition and creativity until we do something about it,
We get stuck in the same routines and before we know it, the days pass, the weeks pass, the months pass, the years pass and boom we are suddenly looking back, shocked disappointed and angry at how much time has passed with our goals not being met, and our dreams remaining just an illusion.

Today we get another chance to pause, reflect, take stock to enjoy the moment.
BE PRESENT.
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE PAST WHERE REGRET LIVES,
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE WHEREIN LIES FEAR AD UNCERTAINTY
BUT LIVE IN TODAY, RIGHT NOW BECAUSE TODAY IS WHERE PEACE LIVES.

Where ever your mind drifts to, the past or the present, you have the power to bring it back to the present .

Take a deep breath, ask yourself
Ask am I safe right now, BREATHE,
Am I well right now, BREATHE,
Am I ok right now, BREATHE
If all your answers to these are yes,
then repeat to yourself saying
HERE AND NOW, and enjoy the moment
