Do you feel stuck?

Starting is the hardest part. Today I felt overwhelmed. I have so much I want to do and the crazy thing is I now actually have the time to do it. My problem this morning is that I have about three years of catching up to do. So many things are screaming for my attention. There are also important things that I need to do to get my new venture started.

Situations like this can leave you paralyzed and wasting time spinning your wheels.

Today in that overwhelming moment I grabbed the glass cleaner and cleaned the fingerprints off the mirror. They bug me every time I go in to the room. That small task got me going and since then I have cleaned the basement, the office and taken care of a few phone calls that have been lingering.

My point is, that by picking up the cleaning supplies and cleaning that mirror, I changed my whole morning.

You don’t need to start with anything big, you just need to start!

Cardio is so good for you but it can also be hard on your body Running is great but it.can lead to injury if you do it every day. What is the solution? Mix up your workouts. Add some interval training and some weights. In just 30 minutes I am dripping in sweat and my heart rate is up much more that it would be after a run. Train smart to keep your body feeling good.
