Elite Feet Dance Studio, LLC Elite Feet Dance Studio brings students a quality program focused on dance technique and education, located in historic downtown Frederick.

Elite Feet Dance Studio has one of the best dance education programs in the Frederick area, providing opportunities for both the experienced and the recreational dancer. Dancers receive excellent training in a variety of techniques. The studio strives to provide a well-rounded dance experience by hiring professionally trained staff, who have either danced and trained professionally, or have receiv

ed a bachelors degree in dance. By guaranteeing the quality of the our entire faculty, we can be confident that our program will not only provide the best learning environment for young and old, but always strive to challenge each and every dancer that comes through our doors. The Elite Feet Dance Company is for those students who choose dance to be their main focus for an extracurricular activity. Some of our members pursue professional careers in dance, but most enjoy dance and performing just for fun. Participation in the Dance Company is by audition only in June. After teaching dance at several studios in Mt. Airy and Frederick over the past 25 years, Gay Lynn Meadows fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened Elite Feet Dance Studio in the fall of 2005. In the fall of 2006, Elite Feet moved into a new facility in Historic Downtown Frederick at the corner of 4th Street and East Street. This facility features 3 top-quality studio spaces to support dance education in all techniques for children and adults.
