Frederick Gymnastics Competitive Team Welcome to the FGC Competitive Team Page! FGC currently trains over 125 gymnasts from Training Team through Level 10 and Xcel Silver through Diamond.

These teams have earned over 575 State, Regional National and Team Championships!
