A thigh gap is NOT a measure of fitness!
One of the biggest myths in fitness is that everyone can achieve a thigh gap if they just lose enough weight.
That’s simply not true.
A thigh gap is influenced by your bone structure, pelvic width, hip anatomy, femur angle, and muscle mass.
Yes, body fat can influence a thigh gap.
Some women naturally have one.
Some women never will.
And neither has anything to do with your worth, health, or how fit you are.
In fact, building muscle in your legs and glutes can make your thighs touch MORE—not less. 💪
Stop chasing someone else’s anatomy.
Focus on getting stronger.
Focus on building muscle.
Focus on becoming healthier.
Your body was never meant to look exactly like someone else’s.
Did you think a thigh gap was only about body fat? 👇
