☀️ Summer Solstice

Tonight we honored the Summer Solstice together.

We lit our neighbors' candles and watched the room grow brighter, one flame at a time. We whispered blessings into our now-resident Good Luck Care Bear. We used our voices for mantra and affirmation. We surrendered to stillness. We shared breath, presence, laughter, and community.

The longest day of the year reminds us that light is not something to hoard. It is something to share.

As we move into the second half of 2026, consider what deserves your energy and attention. Reflect on what has grown, what requires more care, and what may be ready to be released. Celebrate your progress, even if it feels incomplete. Most importantly, acknowledge the ways you have grown since the darkness of winter.

The sun doesn't ask permission to shine.
It doesn't apologize for taking up space.

Maybe the Solstice is an invitation to stop apologizing for your own light.

Thank you to everyone who shared theirs with us tonight. ☀️

Summer Solstice Surrender

The longest day of the year invites us to soften our grip.
Join us for 75 minutes of breathwork, gentle movement, stretching, sound healing, and meditation as we honor the season's shift and release what no longer serves us.

Breathe•Stretch•Let Go•Receive

Presence is the practice. Surrender is the invitation. Control is overrated.

☀️ Summer Solstice + International Day of Yoga ☀️

Today, we honor two beautiful reminders.

🌻The Summer Solstice invites us to celebrate the light, the growth, and all that has come into bloom within us. It is the longest day of the year, a gentle invitation to pause and recognize how far we've come.

🧘🏽‍♀️International Day of Yoga reminds us that yoga is so much more than movement. It is connection. Breath. Awareness. Community. A practice of returning home to ourselves again and again.

💛Whether you're stepping onto your mat, sitting quietly with your breath, or simply taking a moment to notice the warmth of the sun on your skin, may today be a reminder that light exists both around you and within you.

🫶🏽Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

Rooted in practice. Lifted by community.

👋🏽 Welcome Megan to

🗓️You can catch this Saturday at 9am and starting 6/18/26 at 6pm Thursdays!

A quick hello from her:

I've been practicing Pilates for over 20 years and have experienced firsthand the strength, balance, and confidence it can build in both body and mind. As a lifelong athlete, Pilates has remained a constant throughout every season of my life, helping me stay strong, mobile, and connected to my body. I am thrilled to be turning a 20-year passion into a new chapter as I pursue a lifelong dream of earning my comprehensive Pilates certification through the Balanced Body program. My teaching style focuses on mindful movement and creating a welcoming environment where clients of all fitness levels can feel successful. I love helping others discover their own strength and leave class feeling empowered, energized, and capable.

5 months into 2026.
We have prioritized our friendship this year, making time each month for us to spend time together beyond the Den. Watering our roots. Actionable choices beyond business meetings have grounded us in friendship and have made our business partnership stronger.

7 months remain in 2026. 214 days.
How can you nourish your personal practice, add fertilizer to the plants of your life, and water the roots that matter most to you? (Ask Bob the plant, he has some ideas)

Keep flowing and growing.

Today we honored power in slowness. Power in observation. Power in taking off a mask and being vulnerable and the Power it takes to put on a mask when everything feels like it's crashing.

Today we honored the Power of as a place where we can be a caterpillar, pre-butterfly goo, and a place to flap your beautiful wings.

It’s easy to praise what arrives.
Harder to honor what’s been quietly taken for granted.

The lungs that keep breathing.
The heart that keeps trying.
The community that keeps holding space.
The body that keeps whispering instead of giving up.

Maybe gratitude isn’t always grand.
Maybe it’s simply paying attention before life turns something sacred into something missed.
