That’s a wrap! Our boys fought through adversity today, and we are happy to say we finished strong with three-peat state champion, Shelton Jenkins, lifting a total of 1500 pounds. Fellow senior, Adam Galloway, closed the day with a strong 7th place finish and lifted a total of 1350 pounds. We also want to give a special thank you to Charles Fasola for giving our boys a great pre-meet pep talk. Super proud of our kids and we can’t wait for next year!!!

OUR GIRLS CONQUERED STATE!! Started off as a rough day but we ended up with 5 medalists!! We wanted to give a special thank you to Jessica Barber for giving our lifters a special pre-meet speech. Along with, Kal Roshto for doing a late night yoga session!! Super proud of our girls. What a great way to end our girls season.

Off to STATE we go!!!! Tomorrow 9 of our girls will compete at the powerlifting state championship in Monroe, La!! On our way out we were sent off by our teachers and friends with so much support. Thank you to everyone who contributed to that! Stay tuned for stats and wish us luck!!
