Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

At B4 Fitness, we are grateful for the courage, strength, and selflessness of those who gave everything for this country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Alright yall, as you well know, we are a 24 hour facility. Since this is the case, clearly we have cameras that I can access from my phone, so I can see all the good, bad and the weird.

If you are bringing non-members in the gym without paying, expect a charge on your account.

If you are using equipment improperly, you will receive 1 warning.

If you are using our bathroom facilities for anything other than its intended purpose, please, just stop.

We love all our members and we want to keep a professional, safe environment for everyone, but that requires accountability.

Please use your best judgement when making decisions in the gym. I don’t like playing security guard, but it doesn’t hurt my feelings to hold people to high standards.

Rain may have affected the attendance… but it didn’t change the work.

Small class last Thursday, so we took SEC into the weight room and got after it. No excuses. Just women committed to getting stronger, healthier, and better every week.

Haven’t challenged this great with anything yet that they didn’t crush. Consistency is key and these ladies get it!
