What an incredible first year it was for
Head Coach Gabrielle Hood! ❤️🏀

In her very first season as Head Coach of Varsity Girls Basketball at Franklin High School, Gabrielle Hood didn’t just meet expectations — she shattered them.

Projected as a 6th seed, the Sabers refused to listen to the noise. They battled, believed, and rose all the way to the top — finishing as Conference Champions in a season no one will ever forget. 🏆🔥
And to top it off? Coach Hood was named 25/26 SEC Coach of the Year.

From underestimated to undeniable. What a first year.

Franklin is in GREAT hands and the future is bright. 💛🖤

The Franklin Girls Varsity Basketball team has DONE IT AGAIN — capturing their 6th consecutive Regional Championship in dominant fashion! 💪

With a commanding 52–29 victory over Kenosha Tremper High School, the Sabers left no doubt and proved once more why this program sets the standard.

With tonight’s HUGE Franklin Girls Basketball win — and Indian Trail’s loss — it’s OFFICIAL… FRANKLIN IS THE SEC CONFERENCE CHAMPION for the 3rd time in 4 years!!! 🔥🏀

And they did it on SENIOR NIGHT. 🥹✨

🔥 Josie Johnston was UNSTOPPABLE with 22 POINTS!!!
💪 Gabby Pritchard dropped a huge 15 POINTS of her own!!!
