We are a boutique fitness studio offering Barre, Yoga, HIIT, and more in the Berry Farms community.

Located in the charming Berry Farms community in Franklin, Tennessee, The Barre offers a wide variety of class formats - everything from classic barre to HIIT and Tabata training. We believe in neutral spine work - that's what sets us apart from many others, because it's best for the health of the back, hip and knees!

Christmastime is heeeere 🎶 we hope you’re having a wonderful start to the holiday weeks ahead!

As a reminder, the studio will be closed from Friday, December 24 - Sunday, December 26 and Friday, December 31 - Sunday, January 2. We hope you enjoy your holiday weekends! We also hope you'll come get your Barre on whenever you can. Have holiday company? Bring them along! We have a $49 weekly guest pass available on our app anytime. 🎄

We are so excited for January — and this is one of the reasons why. Jennie is leading us on this journey to love our bodies well when it comes to food!

This book study & community group will meet every Thursday for 10 weeks. Together, we will learn how to:

- Reject the diet mentality forever
- Achieve a trusting relationship with food
- Exercise kindness toward your body and yourselves
- Respect your body and make peace with food and fitness
- Prevent or heal the wounds of an eating disorder or disordered eating

The cost of this group is just $25. You will also need to purchase the "Intuitive Eating" book and workbook written by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch before our first meeting!
