We ran a full-body Tabata session today—
⏱️ 20 seconds on
⏱️ 10 seconds off
🔁 8 rounds at each station

Short bursts… but don’t let that fool you. That work ADDS UP.

Every station hit something different—legs, core, upper body—pushing strength, endurance, and grit the entire time. No matter where you’re starting, we meet you there and build you up 💪

You don’t have to be “in shape” to start… you just have to start. Give us 30 minutes of your day and feel good about your effort the remaining 23.5 hours.
