Tristan Bowls the States

Tristan Bowls the States Follow and support Tristan Pullen as he bowls in every state in the continental US. Tristan was born in Orlando, Florida in July 1997.

At 3 years old, he was diagnosed with PDD or what is commonly referred to now as "autism." In 2019, he moved to Western NC with his family, and shortly after decided he wanted to bowl in every state in the continental United States. This page is a journal of that adventure.

Our final leg for Tristan bowling in the contiguous states is this summer. Mom, Dad, and Tristan will be heading out in July to finish up "the 48"--Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana, and the Dakotas.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR TRISTAN?? This fall, Tristan and Dad will head back up to New England to bowl in 6 states plus Washington DC. Tristan will continue to sell his cookies and lemonade at our Western Carolina thrift shop to raise money. We have family in Maryland and Upstate NY to help defray some of the accommodations costs, but still need to raise about $1500 to pay for fuel, food, and hotel stays.

It's done--this leg of the journey anyway. We drove over 5000 miles through 12 states in 11 days and hit 8 bowling alleys.

From the bowling lanes' staff, Tristan received 7 souvenir bowling pins and one bowling ball. Thank you to the amazing staff at each of Tristan's chosen bowling centers--you made Tristan mighty happy, and you made your state proud!
