Brandi’s Story:

“Before joining Sweat Shop and taking Kirsten’s strength classes, I was struggling mentally, feeling isolated after becoming a mom, and disconnected from body. More than anything, I was searching for community and I found exactly that here!

Since starting, I’ve become stronger, more confident, and more consistent than I’ve ever been. I’m lifting heavier than I ever thought possible, in the best shape of my life, and my mental health has completely transformed. The Sweatshop makes consistency easy. The women are inspiring, supportive, and now my second home. It has truly changed me inside and out, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve given me over the last year and a half.”
