As parents and caregivers, we all want to instill a sense of self-confidence and belief in our children. But how exactly do children develop belief in themselves?

It starts with providing a safe, supportive and positive environment where they can explore and learn that failure is their friend!. This means allowing them to take risks and make mistakes, and offering support and encouragement along the way.

Additionally, involving children in decision-making, problem-solving and helping them set and achieve small goals can help build their confidence and sense of control. Praising their efforts and highlighting their strengths can also reinforce their belief in themselves.

Remember, building a positive self-image takes time and effort. But with patience and care, we can help our children develop the belief in themselves they need to succeed in life.

We have seen incredible growth in Mr. Ceresa, a student in our Leadership training program.

Initially, he was hesitant to join and even expressed disinterest in front of his peers, With a firm I am NOT doing that. (Public speaking is one of the greatest fears in the world)

However, we assured him that the program could provide him with skills that could benefit him in unimaginable ways.

Fast forward 8 months he started working to earn an invite into the program and now today, after just a few months, Mr. Ceresa has shown significant progress in his personal and professional life.
