Please join us in welcoming Terrie Purdy to our instructor lineup! Terrie has been a client of the studio since close to day one and we are so thrilled to have her bring her many years of experience teaching yoga to our members and friends!

After practicing for several years in Greenwood, Terri decided she needed to understand a little bit more about the practice of yoga that was changing her life. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. She embarked upon a 350 Teacher Training and was certified in Spring of 2012. She holds certifications in prenatal, kids, somatic and trauma informed yoga. Terri’s mission is to help others find peace and tranquility. She is the founder and owner of 7 Cedars Yoga which she operates out of her home in Franklin, Indiana. She is thrilled to have connected with Black Sheep Studio + Wellness and bring her authentic teaching style to this community.

Terrie will lead a slow flow yoga every Tuesday morning at 9am beginning Tuesday, August 25th. She will also be leading an essential oils + yoga workshop every 3rd Thursday of each month.
