Congratulations, Senior Eli Johnson!
⭐️Honorable Mention All Conference

Eli has been one of the finest defensive outfielders to wear a Beaver uniform. While opposing teams knew he was capable of delivering quality at-bats, it was his outstanding defense, range, and reliability in the outfield that earned him conference recognition.

Congratulations, Senior Parker Blank!
🥈2nd Team All Conference

Despite starting the season just coming off a recovered broken foot, his toughness and impact on both sides of the ball were evident every game.

Parker was a 3 sport athlete and recently awarded, “Beaver Dam High School Male Athlete of the Year”. Parker's athletic career will continue at Carroll University, where he will play football.

Congratulations, Senior Bradley Wendorf!
🥈2nd Team All Conference

Bradley has been strong AT the plate as well as a steady force BEHIND the plate. He has caught for some of the best pitchers in Beaver Dam history, including two conference “Pitchers of the Year”—Ashtyn Seifert (2026) and Jeffrey Freund (2025, @ UW-River Falls)—as well as Eli Bryant (@ D1 Kent State). While pitchers often receive much of the spotlight, Bradley has been calling all pitches since his Sophomore season and a huge reason for their success.

🏆Unanimous Pitcher of the Year

Ashtyn's dominant season earned him unanimous First Team honors and unanimous Pitcher of the Year recognition. His work ethic, competitiveness, and performance set the standard all season long.

A WHIP (Walks plus Hits per Inning Pitched) below 1.00 is considered Outstanding, 1.00-1.20 Very Good. Ashtyn earned 0.81 WHIP, opponents reaching base less than once per inning.

⭐️⭐️TERRY KIEFFER | COACH⭐️⭐️

Kieffer has served as an assistant baseball coach at Beaver Dam High School since 1981 and is widely respected for his 45-year career as the program’s pitching coach.

COACHING ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Helped develop countless All-Conference, All-State, collegiate and professional pitchers
American Legion Baseball head coach for 18 years
Qualified for 11 state tournaments
Won two state championships
1985 WBCA All-Star Game coach
2000 WBCA Assistant Coach of the Year
2020 WBCA Distinguished Service Award recipient
EDUCATION & SERVICE

Physical education teacher for the Beaver Dam Unified School District for 28 years
2003 Beaver Dam Middle School Teacher of the Year
Also coached basketball, football, softball and track

Graduated from Lake City (Minn.) High School in 1971
Inducted into the Lake City High School Hall of Fame in 2007
Played baseball at the University of New Orleans (1971-73)

The junior struck out 15 batters in a complete game shutout, recording 19 whiffs and allowing just five hits, earning him this week's Pitcher of the Week honors.
