Introducing the new Adult Gymnastics Team program at Altius Gymnastics!
This program is open to all adults ages 18 and up — no experience needed! Whether you’re returning to the sport or trying gymnastics for the first time, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills, stay active, and be part of a fun team environment.
All participants must have an active AAU Non-Athlete Membership for insurance purposes. This membership will also allow athletes the opportunity to compete in meets next season. When signing up, please include your AAU Non-Athlete membership number in order to participate.
As this is a brand new program, our initial goal is to gauge interest and continue building toward a competitive adult team that could attend anywhere from 1–4 meets per year.
