Coaches Tip: start with a small range of motion where you can maintain tension on your oblique and control a slow pace. Try to work within that range of motion for the full duration. It is much more effective to move slowly with a small range and maintain tension than it is to use momentum and come in and out of zones of tension.

Slow pace, constant tension for the full duration for the best results🙌
