September is ONE week away, and we’re ready to get back into our fall routines at RYB! And because you asked, we listened! A couple of highly requested classes are officially hitting the schedule this September!

✨ NEW! Wednesday 4:30 PM is BACK! Join Erica every Wednesday afternoon at the barre! (Starts 9/2)

☀️ NEW! Monday 5:45 AM Sunrise Barre with Amy
You wanted another Sunrise Barre — you got it! Start your week bright & early at the barre with us every Monday morning. (Starts 9/14)

🩷 Saturday mornings are getting a fall refresh!
Mat Pilates moves to its NEW 7:30 AM time, followed by Barre returning to 8:30 AM + 9:30 AM! (Starts 9/5)

Raise Your Barre & Glass is back at La Cantina! 🍷

Join us Sunday, August 30th for a 45 minute barre class at La Cantina Winery, followed by a glass of white w**e or b**r and time to hang, grab some food and enjoy your Sunday!

Your $45 ticket includes:
• 45 minute RYB barre class with Amy + the RYB team
• One glass of white w**e or your choice of b**r

Additional Event Details:
• Limited mats will be available, so please bring your own mat if you have one. All other equipment will be provided.
• La Cantina will remain open after class — feel free to stick around, order food & drinks and enjoy your Sunday!
• We’ll also have a RYB x La Cantina raffle basket up for grabs, filled with RYB goodies, a bottle of La Cantina w**e + some other fun surprises ✨ Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the event.

Doors open at 10:30 AM and class begins at 11:00 AM.

Never taken barre before? No problem! Class is open to all fitness levels and no experience is needed.
