Dopamineo Bands are good for many exercises. Used them to work on strengthening my knees. Public gyms are over rated. Why work out inside 4 walls when you can be outside in God's creation? How it was intended to be.

A must variation on arm day. Can only get this kind of exercise from If you're not incorporating them into your workouts you are really missing out on some gains.

A few pictures from Franklin's Fall Festival. The Way Edu. was representing with our booth promoting Soulcon, Franklin's All-Around Fitness and Brohemian Pins. It was a very successful day sharing the Lord, our ministry, testimony, and knowledge about all our collectibles we have. Especially the FIGPIN selection we brought. To those who purchased one of our Figpins, we are excited to see you in the community and in the locker room once you've unlocked your pin.
