Three things you can do this week to focus better at work.

One. One screen, one task. Close the other tabs. Yes, all of them.

Two. Box-breathe before the hard meeting. In four, hold four, out four, hold four.

Three. Move first. Five minutes of training before your day starts changes the next ten hours.

We use the same principles in every adult class at Chosun Black Belt Academy.
