Well the last week or 2, on days that I've not been in agony, I have ventured out to the big game lands pond.

And man, that place is fulllll of really nice fish! I mean not a single d**k, or even close. Pound and a halfers on average. And now I got a scale so I'll be weighing my nice catches!

I've caught a bunch of of nice ones and a couple HOGS. So here are some pics of some of the best catches, including the big ones.

The last month, the start of summer fishing has been great! Been out with ppl who I care about, making memories, having fun and catching fish. We have laughed, talked about serious matters, learned new things and caught fish! Out on the bass boat, on a western drift boat floating French Creek, and on the banks of many local fisheries and waters in beautiful northwestern PA, including a new pond last night that had a 🔥 top water bite going❤️

So I usually chase and fish for smallies, I love fishing for them bc of the fight. They're strong, fight hard, and of course they have their trademark acrobatics!

However, last week my son's bday party was held out at 2 mile and I hit the lake for a few casts. Had on my lucky single willow blade chartreuse spinnerbait that I got from my uncle kev. Threw it out a couple times and about the 3rd cast I snagged this big guy!! My PB largemouth and my PB out at Justus lake as well! I'm def happy with this one 😁

Good morning folks! 👋 I do hope your weekend has gone well for you, with happiness and positive energy.

Today, I am headed out to Lake Wilhelm for a memorial fishing outing in memory of my Uncle Kevin ❤️ it's almost been a year since he's passed and he was a very passionate angler like myself and a lot of my family as well, so what better way to remember him then by all going out and carrying on his legacy and memories of him.

Hope to bring home some crappie or bluegills if I can catch em big enough. And I will def be chasing some big largies too!

Caught my PB largemouth last week at Justus lake out at 2 mile so I will post a pic of that 😁

First few fish of the 2023 season! 2 yesterday, lost 2, and 1 this am, went out for an hour.

Fish weren't hitting spinners so I tied on a pink trout magnet, drifted it thru this run down into a nice pool and bam. Bobber down 😁

I'm now as obsessed with trout fishing as I am bass, maybe even more 😬😬 trout are marvelous creatures, much smarter and more delicate than bass.

Since it's been getting warmer, I've been taking advantage of it, getting out on the water as much as possible. Today yielded another brown! A nice one too. Not the trophy size like last night but a nice fish! I'm starting to become as obsessed with trout fishing as much as I am bass fishing. 😬🙂
