Tonight we celebrate the most positive OCR man you will ever meet!!! I have known John for along time and he is a legend an inspiration and down right great person!!! Elevator Might not go all the way to the top 🤪 But to do the crazy stuff we do I don’t think any of us are all there. 😂 His birthday workout tonight was 62 obstacles in 62 minutes with a partner and everyone crushed it!!! Happy birthday Kal Drago Mockingbird Mountain Fitness As he says it’s on to the greatest event of the year!!! War-X here we come!!!

So we already getting asked about our next running clinic. That being said what day do you want it and time and we will do another 6 week program. Also getting a request to go a strength class so the same question. What day and time works for people interested. I will do a 6 week program as well. Another great week coming up and some fun clients coming in. Direct message me or the page and will get the ball rolling. Loving all the feedback and new faces as well as the original faces.

So six weeks ago we had our first running clinic which led up to the Franklin Veterans Memorial Ski Area annual 5k!!! These folks crushed it and I was so happy to see all the PR’s, medals, smiles on all their faces!!!! Congratulations and thank you for joining in Gregory Thompson Stacie Hubble Roy Hubble Richard St Hilaire David Pollak Richard Kee Beth Duhamel!! Congrats to teammates Sonia P Nelson and Eric Nelson for crushing the course again this year as well!! Another class coming real soon!!!

Going to be a busy but great week at the ranch!!! Final week of our 6 week running clinic and next Sunday the proof will be in the pudding how great these folks did!!! Wednesday we team up with Franklin High School to join in on their Wellness fair!!! Found a nice workout for the kids and hopefully staff!!! 😉 Plus we have all kinds of one on one stuff going on!!! Have you been to the ranch yet???
