I hold two personal training certifications. I also have a Bachelors in Sports Marketing and Masters in Marketing. I have over 20 years of football experience that includes playing and coaching. I was fortunate to have played football at every level. As a personal trainer, I have a handful of clients with experience training different sports teams such as soccer, basketball, baseball, and football.

Congratulation to Rush Landis for earning All American Honors in the 11U Pentathlon taking home 5th Place! He competed in 80mh, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump and 1500m. This makes Rush a 2x All American in Multi Events! Last year he finished 8th in the Triathlon
