The Sports Factory is a Franklin, NC based training company. We specialize in engineering athletes of all sports ages 9+ and team training. We also offer adult small group and individual training as well.

Student Athlete Strength or Speed Sessions
Ages 9+

Monday - Friday 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday 10am -12pm (Strength Only)
~Sessions begin every hour~
**Individual sports training available

Adult Fitness Classes
Beginner Classes:
Tuesday and Thursday - 6pm
Saturdays - 9am

Intermediate/Advanced Classes:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays - 7pm
Saturdays - 8am

*Personal fitness training available
