MA Stars Fastpitch Schweitzer | 3-Year Farewell
Three years. 163 games. 92 wins. 960 runs scored. But the numbers only tell a small part of the story.
When this group started this journey together (some even longer than 3 years), the goal was never simply to win softball games. It was to compete, develop, create opportunities, build relationships, and give these players memories that would last long after the final out.
Over three seasons, we watched young players become confident young women. We celebrated big wins and championships, fought through tough losses, traveled a ridiculous number of miles, spent countless hours at fields and practices, and probably consumed enough tournament food to shorten all of our lives.
Through it all, this group became much more than a roster.
To every player who wore a MA Stars Fastpitch jersey: thank you for trusting us to coach you, challenge you, and be part of your softball journey. Watching you grow as players has been rewarding. Watching you grow as people has meant even more.
To our parents and families: thank you for the sacrifices, travel, hotels, early mornings, late nights, and unwavering support.
And to our coaches: thank you for the time, energy, patience, laughs, and commitment you gave these kids. None of this happens without you.

Those numbers will live in the record book.
But I’ll remember the players, personalities, friendships, dugout conversations, ridiculous moments between games, celebrations, and the privilege of watching this group grow up together.
Teams change. Players graduate. Coaches move on. That’s the unavoidable part of travel softball.
But what we built together doesn’t disappear when the season ends.
Three Years Strong.
Building Champions. Developing Leaders. Leaving a Legacy.
