The Broncos Boys basketball teams (both JV & Varsity) would like to send out a huge shout out and thank you to Delta Sigma Theta for all their love and support of our boys. They sponsored this luncheon that was done today at Serve Restaurant and we all are so grateful for the donation and love for the boys.

The boys were treated to a trip to the Capitol Building in Richmond, VA yesterday. Delegate Nadarius Clark read out a declamation honoring all of the Franklin Broncos and the members of last year’s team on their Regional Championship and State Runner Up historic season.

The Broncos and Coach Cut would like to send a huge shoutout to Pastor Karl Wilkins for the first class treatment in making this another memorable event for the Bronco Boys.

Congratulations to our own LJ Majette for being named to 1st Team All Region as a Junior. We are extremely proud of his progression over his three years in the program. He really grew tremendously on and off the floor this season. We look forward to him getting back in the lab and continuing his progression through the process this offseason.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to the JV Broncs and Coach Dee who took the JV District Champion Crown this season with an overall record of 15-4 and a district record of 13-1. Phenomenal season for the young Broncos. This is a hungry group that’s going to be exciting to watch. They have already been at me about getting in the gym. So I told them let’s rest our bodies and catch our breath for a few weeks then we will definitely be getting back to work to put these boys along with those who are returning in a position to be successful. The dreams and aspirations will continue and the hard work will pay off for all involved. Enjoy the offseason Bronco Nation because the boys will be putting that work in and will return to top form in the very near future!  From all of us Bronco Coaches, Much Love

Bronco Nation!!!  Another season has come to a close. Although we finished in the top 4 in the district unfortunately due to all the winter weather and postponements this years District Tournament had to be canceled so all of the makeup games could be fitted in to the schedule. Unfortunately this eliminated the possibility of postseason play for us this season and having the opportunity to advance. Huge shoutout and much love to all the guys who put it in day in and day out this season. You became better on the court and most importantly you grew as young men. To our seniors, (I know we’ve talked about it a lot) but go be great and whatever it is you decide to do and wherever life carries you be the best you can be. Thank you to the few seniors who were called on to step up some this season due to man power but have never been a part of the program. You didn’t back down from the challenge and for that we are thankful.

Tonight! Don’t miss it!! The Broncos final home showdown of the season. Not only the final showdown at home but a massive one it is against regional power, the Bulldogs of Brunswick. The Bulldogs come in to tonight’s game ranked as the #3 team in the region and #8 in the state. The Broncos are looking to keep their hopes alive and upset the Bulldogs. Action starts at 5:30pm.
