Any Legitimate Boxing coach will tell you that an Orthodox (Right Handed) fighter should never throw Right handed Hooks bc it leaves the Face and Body Exposed to punches.

As you can see in the picture Garcia got caught with a vicious left hook to the liver as he was attempting to land a Right hook. Notice how open his face and body are........

Every time I watch the UFC I see fighters fail due to a Faulty Game Plan. Arnold Allen lost a 5 round decision to Max Holloway in the Main Event bc he chose to stand and trade for 5 rounds which is what Max does best. As a Fight Trainer I was disgusted watching it. How do you not mix in takedowns and a ground attack? Allen has legendary trainers in his corner so I am curious to know if that was the actual game plan?

Sometimes I feel that fight trainers are there own worst enemies. They try to outsmart their opposing coaches but only outsmart themselves.

It is so sad to see because these fighters put their faith and their careers in these trainers hands.
